We were delighted to see this interesting and useful talk incorporates a transcript, making accessible the hearing impaired and people who utilise screen readers. You could (and we often do) observe, "so it should".  More than 17% of Australians live with some form of disability.  Around 2.1 million live with a disability and more than 40% of that cohort live on or near the poverty line. They shouldn't be excluded from essential information like this.
