It is not uncommon to hear people worry that when they forget things it is a sign of an ageing brain, and also if they are taking longer to do tasks. With some disabilities we might worry that is a sign of deterioration. This Inc. piece suggest the rather than being something to worry about it is an indication that the brain is doing exactly what we need it to do.
