It's a sobering thought: If at best we get 4,000 weekends, less childhood and dotage, less as well the time spent in hospital, how well are you living time?  Doom Scrolling probably isn't the best way to use the time we have.  This week's Living Well item is a story from The Guardian suggests some alternative ideas.
