Around 17% of Australians live with a disability. In many cases, it can impact on how they interact with a website or service. Â Some symptoms of a disability mean that an individual cannot access/use the site unless the providers have made special accommodations. Â It is unconscionable that anyone would choose to exclude close to one-fifth of the Australian population from their internet presence.
