Our plan is mentoring would be by two or more people who would provide mentoring to mentees (see below). As much as possible mentors and mentees will be matched on the basis of skills/expertise and needs.
Mentees are Enabled.vip clients who have bought mentoring credits (see below), have credits and need some assistance.
MENTORS
The mentors are:
(i) A practitioner who lives with a disability (e.g. a business person) or a member of the Enabled.vip Board; and
(ii) A content expert.
The mentoring team may be complemented by Griffith University MBA and other students or junior consultants from a top consulting firm.
Because this is a new service there maybe other people supporting the mentoring team.
MENTORING CREDITS
Mentoring Credits are purchased in 10h blocks for $490. For NDIS clients, this will be billed to your NDIS Plan.
USING CREDITS
You request mentoring using the form on the web site and specify if you would prefer video conference, phone or email support. Your mentors will get in touch ASAP.
WHAT CAN I USE MY CREDITS FOR?
You can use your credits to ask to ask for~ tips, guidance, input and suggestions or even just for a sympathetic ear.
