In recent weeks, we have had a few ‘unsuccessful’ notifications on our grant applications, philanthropic outreaches and community engagement EOIs. While such news is never fun, it hasn’t diminished our enthusiasm for supporting disability entrepreneurship.
Our determination and conviction here isn’t idle stubbornness or delusion. It reflects our fervent belief in the transformative impact disability entrepreneurship could have on lives, community engagement and the Australian economy.
There are still some big applications under review and we will keep applying and reaching out.
The Enabled.vip platform is a disruption of the status quo of the dominant approach to disability employment, but it’s an idea we remain committed to. In the words of JFK, “we do it because it is hard”.
