A launch event for the platform

We are bursting with excitement to share that on Friday 22nd of July we will be conducting a free community event at Griffith University South Bank campus.  This event will be the Griffith launch of an important spin-off organisation (Enabled VIP) that will ultimately become self-sufficient as a social enterprise, but will continue to engage with Griffith and benefit the University’s students as well as the community Griffith University serves.  Griffith University will take the lead in organising the event.

The event will involve a discussion/interview of our CEO, Gary Allen and a few words by our patron, Dinesh Palipana OAM, there will be a presentation by a guest keynote speaker (tbc).  We are incredibly grateful that the Queensland Deputy Premier has accepted an invitation to be the VIP guest at the launch.  We will be recording the event and posting online for free on this website.

If you live with a disability, are a carer for an Australian with a disability, or have some form of connection to disability in Australia, we hope you are as excited as we are.  There is so much synergy between the social values and role of Griffith University and of the platform.  These are exciting times and we are brimming with enthusiastic optimism.
